Shipping Method

Obbious works with partners to print and ship our orders. To ensure that we ship your products as quickly as possible, our partners direct your orders to their fulfillment centers, where they can fulfill and ship them as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that we require an average of 1-3 business days to complete your order before shipping.

It usually takes 5-20 Business days. However, product wise estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page.

Tracking your order

You can track the status of your shipment on the Obbious tracking page once you receive the tracking number from us.

The tracking number is generated once your item is shipped. You would receive the tracking number by email or SMS depending on your preferred notification mode selected at the time of ordering.

Returns

If there is any problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order and we will be happy to help you review the case and, if approved , we will be sending replacement. Please do not return anything before reviewing the case, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping charges and 10% restocking fee are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
